CLOSED LASER WELDING MACHINE ALW

The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom and can be adjusted to the size of the worker thanks to the height-adjustable footplate. The observation optics offer a variable viewing angle in the range 10°-50°, enabling comfortable working. The closed, laser-safe enclosure makes the ALW a laser-protected workstation that can be used in the normal production environment without additional safety precautions.

SIMPLE OPERATION
The laser system is simple to operate. In addition to the setting via the display, the laser parameters are set via the patented multifunction footswitch or adjusted accordingly during welding.

The ALW’s large doors open wide. This ensures easy loading.

ACCURATE MOTION SYSTEM
A large and stable worktop accommodates workpieces up to 350/400 kg and supports their exact positioning. The joystick for axis movement in X, Y, Z and R responds very precise. All axes follow the joystick movement directly.

Movement is manual via joystick, semi-automatic or in automatic mode programmed with WINLaserNC software

The ALW enables programmed series production and welding on materials that require demanding processing, such as aluminum, precious metals, titanium or sensitive alloys. It can weld wires from 0.2 to 0.8 mm. An automatic wire feeder (LAFet) can be mounted.

The scope of delivery of the ALW includes the ergotube, which supports the ergonomic alignment of the microscope.

With this system you work pulsed up to 100 Hz under sight.
