Mobile laser welding made easy: Highly flexible in the selection of laser sources as well as laser power and virtually unlimited in the possibilities of laser welding applications.

The ALFlak is an exceptionally robust laser welder with a lot of laser power and a long range.

The sophisticated motion mechanics and the wide cantilevered laser arm allow comfortable working on large components – manually or programmed. The slim laser arm even reaches into deep, awkward shapes. Welds up to 500 mm in length are possible without settling.

This saves time because there is no need for constant repositioning. For even more convenient work, an automatic wire feeder (LAFet) can be mounted. The ALFlak is available with self-propelled crawler undercarriage or as a manually movable model. The crawler undercarriage gives the laser system easy maneuverability. The unit is positioned with centimeter precision via two independent travel switches.
