ALO 100 | 120 – THE NEW HAND WELDING LASER FOR MANUAL LASER WELDING

The ALO is our new addition to the range of hand welding lasers.
If you want to weld long or bulky parts quickly, manually and flexibly, are looking for easy loading and want to work in a shielded laser safety area, the ALO is the ideal machine.
The working chamber can be loaded via different, laser-safe openings: Side slots give you the option of positioning longer components in the processing chamber for laser-safe welding. Another passage at the bottom of the working chamber also allows loading from below. At the front, a large opening provides convenient access to the spacious welding chamber. Laser protection is provided by the bulletproof leather curtain, allowing the laser unit to be placed in any work environment.
The armrest is very comfortable – relaxed working is thus guaranteed. We have again paid a lot of attention to good ergonomics.
The manual welding laser can be equipped with a cooling connection as well as a fine welding option. A rotary axis can also be operated with the laser.
With the ALO 100, you have 100 W output power and 25 Hz pulse frequency at your disposal, and with the ALO 120 even 120 W and 50 Hz, so that you can additionally perform laser polishing with this model.
