ALV – THE COMPACT WELDING LASER FOR SMALL COMPONENTS

The ALV is an exceptionally compact laser welding system that can fit into even the smallest workshop.

And yet everything is inside: laser, traversing system, suction, laser safety.

The closed, laser-safe enclosure allows use in the normal production environment without additional safety precautions.

In just a few steps, the ALV can be converted into an open laser to process larger or longer components.

We have placed great emphasis on ergonomics. Focused work is possible for hours, as the ergonomically optimized housing offers a relaxed arm and neck position as well as plenty of legroom for comfortable sitting.

Welding of small parts, small series, micro welding, manufacturing of surgical instruments, casting repair – these are just a few areas of application.
