MOBILE LASER WELDING SYSTEM WITH LONG REACH
The long reach, flexibility and short set-up times are the strengths of the ALFlak MAX .
Special solutions are required for the repair of large molds. Current laser systems often do not reach inside the mold. This is where the advantages of the ALFlak MAX score. The highly movable arm of this mobile welding laser can be extended to 2.8 m. The highest working point is at 2 m and the lowest at 80 cm. This means that even areas that are difficult to access can be reached.
A laser head that can be rotated to the left and right, the optional tilt/swivel lens and focusing lenses with different focal lengths ensure that the laser beam reaches (almost) any point in the workpiece without you having to move it laboriously.
With up to 300 W laser power, homogeneous welding results are quickly achieved.
The welding laser is available in two versions: either with crawler chassis for convenient moving and positioning or with base for lift truck transport.
We recommend the ALFlak MAX for the quick repair of press tools, large molds or machine components.
