VL 50 – THE HAND WELDING LASER FOR MANUAL LASER WELDING
The VL 50 is a compact tabletop laser system for the repair and fabrication of dental restorations.
It is also very popular in the watch and jewelry industry, whether in the production or repair sector.

It is also ideal for welding precision mechanical parts and medical technology components or sensors.

The laser system offers reliable blasting performance with a uniform, powerful yet soft welding behavior. An optional fine welding function enables the finest joints. The weld is visually inspected via the stereo microscope.

All weldable metals, including gold, silver and titanium, can be joined safely and efficiently. The high average power of 60 watts allows a fast pulse frequency (up to 25 Hz). This guarantees homogeneous fusion of the materials.

The spacious working chamber is brightly illuminated. Loading takes place via a large front hatch. We have placed great emphasis on ergonomics. Focused work is possible for hours.
