Thanks to the open concept, you remain flexible in the processing of a wide variety of components.
The AL-TW is a stable work table with integrated fiber laser. Available with 300, 450, 600 or 900 watt laser sources. With it you can weld pulsed or in CW mode (CW = continuous fusion). CW welding creates a keyhole, thus large penetration depths into the material are possible.
The laser and motion system are conveniently operated via the control panel with intuitive touchscreen.
In addition, the patented multifunction foot switch can be used to set the laser parameters or adjust them accordingly during welding. This allows full focus on laser welding without having to take your hands off the workpiece.
A large and stable worktop accommodates workpieces weighing up to 450 kg and supports its exact positioning.
The joystick for axis movement in X, Y and Z responds very precisely and all axes follow the joystick movement directly,
either manually via joystick, semi-automatically or in automatic mode with WINLaserNC software
The AL-TW is an open laser system: you work without any limitation of the working space. We support you in the implementation of laser safety measures with our laser safety concept. The laser welder is supplied with an integrated safety circuit as standard and meets the high requirements for safety level Performance Level d.
We recommend the AL-TW if your application requires a validated process, if you want to take advantage of CW welding in sheet metal fabrication, for example, or if you want to perform deep penetration welding or simply need maximum performance. By the way, you can later upgrade the 300 W and 450 W models to double the power.

By the way, you can also use the AL-TW 900 F for powder build-up welding (powder nozzle option).
