With the AL-ARM laser system, repair work on pores, punctures and offset seams in car body construction can be carried out in a mobile, fast and flexible manner.

The AL-ARM is different:
With this welding laser, the observation of the welding process is not carried out via a binocular as usual, but via a 3D visualization. This is achieved via (pass-through) 3D laser safety goggles, which allow the user to simultaneously perceive the environment and the welding task. The welding area is displayed enlarged and the process-relevant data such as the crosshair are shown directly.
This laser welding system has no resonator, but a handpiece with automated wire feed for wire thicknesses up to 0.6 mm. The wire feed is automatic. The handpiece weighs just 1.5 kg and is connected to the supply unit via a 3.5 m long energy chain.
It is easy to handle and very flexible in use. The weld seam width can be continuously adjusted during the welding process.
Great importance was attached to laser safety: The integrated material recognition system allows welding only when the handpiece is placed on the workpiece. This prevents direct laser radiation from being emitted in an uncontrolled manner. The TÜV-tested safety concept for meeting the high safety requirements of Performance Level d is included.
